Request access to Kbase

Do you still need access to Kbase?

Note that you only need a Kbase password to access resources that have not yet been migrated to the FIS Client Portal.
New bulletins and product documentation are now published to the FIS Client Portal only.

Use this option to request a password for accessing Kbase. A password activation link will be sent to your email address. Sending this request removes any existing access associated with the same email address.

Currently a password is valid for 90 days after which you need to request a new password.

You are welcome to request a password on somebody else's behalf, but they will still need to receive and click the password activation link.

This feature will not work if:

You do not have a business email address.
Your email domain is not associated with FIS or an FIS client/partner entity with access to Kbase.
(Note: FIS has a formal onboarding process for new clients and partner organizations.)
Access to Kbase is suspended for your organization.
