  FIS started a phased retirement of Kbase in 2021. FIS Client Portal is planned to be the single support portal for all FIS products. New bulletins and product documentation are now published to the FIS Client Portal only. Please make sure that you also have access to the FIS Client Portal.

Please contact the Kbase team if you have any special requirements, for example:

  • if you want us to set up access for a batch of new users
  • if you have a user who does not have a business email address, or does not currently have access to their business email inbox
  • if you have a third party consultant who does not have a business email address connected to your organization.

Kbase legacy users

Kbase legacy user accounts and passwords are those issued by the Kbase team before July 2022
(since when passwords are issued via self-service or by the Kbase team issuing the equivalent on your behalf).
We stopped supporting renewals and password resets on legacy users in July 2022.
We phased out remaining legacy users by the end of July 2023.
Please use the self-service options or contact the Kbase team as described above.
