Please use the Kbase self-service feature to:

Please contact the Kbase team if you have any special requirements, for example:

if you want us to set up access for a batch of new users
if you have a user who does not have a business email address, or does not currently have access to their business email inbox
if you have a third party consultant who does not have a business email address connected to your organization.

The Kbase team aims to handle your request within 1 working day.

Kbase legacy users

Kbase legacy user accounts and passwords are those issued by the Kbase team before July 2022
(since when passwords are issued via self-service or by the Kbase team issuing the equivalent on your behalf).
We stopped supporting renewals and password resets on legacy users in July 2022.
We phased out remaining legacy users by the end of July 2023.
Please use the self-service options or contact the Kbase team as described above.
